We are looking for a Lead Graphic Designer who possesses the maturity, passion, and energy to collaborate with others on our team. We need someone who can see beyond what is presented and design something that excites and inspires but can appreciate there is also a place for simple, clean, and eye-catching. As a key member of our team, the graphic designer contributes design thinking, creativity, and insights.The designer is also well-organized and detail-oriented. They manage the production art, print media inventories and some of our design equipment. The designer is at the center of our process and helps keep the team on time and on task, including picking up the phone and working with clients on designs when needed. They jump in and take an order or help on the production table when needed.Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Inside Sales:
- A graphic design degree or 1-3 of relevant on-site sign design experience in Adobe Illustrator are required
- Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, ability to build relationshipsGreat listening and organization skills with desire to engage clients on the phone, by email, and in-person to interperet their design intent
- A creative, proactive, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and who is determined to make every project his or her absolute best
