- Performs unit-based reception, clerical, and medical record functions.
- Is customer-oriented and able to communicate with all levels of staff, patients and their families.
- Serves as liaison between patient care units and all other departments.
- Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to patients and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.
QualificationsRequired:
- Certified nursing assistant in the state of Illinois or nursing student with at least 1 clinical rotation completed.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- CERT CNA
- CERT BLS
