Job description: Unitex is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our location in Lawrence, MA.Compensation: $23.00 per hour. The salary range for this position is $23.00/hour to $23.00/hour. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job-related factors.Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 4:00 PM with the flexibility to work additional hours when needed.Responsibilities include:
- Answers phones in a professional manner and assists customers
- Handles general office administrative duties
- Reviews invoices and communicates discrepancies with service and plant personnel
- Assists with special projects and reports
- Provides support for surrounding departments as needed
- Assists office manager, and general manager as needed
- Places orders with vendors for linen and garments
- Organizes and codes invoices for Accounts Payable
- Maintains SKU center pricing
Required Skills:
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent time management skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
