- Identify target customers using prospecting tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales
- Reach out to prospective customers via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
- Engage in meaningful conversations to assess their level of interest and share our products
- Schedule & confirm meetings between prospects and the Account Executives
- Log all interactions and update our CRM records to track leads and sales activity
- Collaborate with the Account Executives and the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and smooth handoffs
Landis Technologies, established in 1995, has worked with Microsoft products and developed software to enhance those products. We want to add a Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities for our IT services and solutions. If you have software sales experience and love talking to people about technology, please consider joining our fun-loving team.Our Ideal Sales Development Representative:
- Experienced: Must have 2+ years of customer-facing experience. 1+ years of software sales experience is preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with Microsoft products, LinkedIn, and CRM software is a plus.
- Driven: Strong knowledge of our products & services so you can focus on serving our customers. Must be comfortable making cold calls. Ambitious to reach goals.
- Outgoing/Personable: A person who naturally connects with others and makes customers feel heard and cared about.
- Humble: Someone willing to learn from others, can admit mistakes and wants to grow.
- Tenacious: A persistent & resourceful person who doesn’t get easily discouraged when making calls; someone who is willing to find answers for themself.
