- Business support professional with circuit provisioning/technical experience working in systems (COMS, PC GUI, F&E, BGW, TCOMS, eASR, former XO systems).
- Experience working with LECs/CLECs and various domestic (US) carriers.
- Able to manage a high volume of circuit data.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent project management skills and communication skills to work with several workgroups.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
- 3-5 years prior circuit provisioning / technical experience and knowledge of circuit systems is required.
DESIRED SKILLS: –
- Knowledge of systems (COMS, PC GUI, F&E, BGW, TCOMS, eASR, former XO systems)
- MS Office: Excel, Word and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication, written and oral skills
Education/certifications:
- College degree preferred.
