Apply today to start a new and exciting chapter in your career with our dynamic team of professionals!DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs a Grants, Statistical Development, and Compliance Manager, you will manage the day-to-day program management of grants, statistical data development, and compliance tracking. Work includes procuring, reviewing, analyzing, and managing federal, state, and discretionary grants and initiatives for the Apprenticeship and Training Office within the Department of Labor & Industry. You will be working with the Bureau of Workforce Development Administration (BWDA) to prepare and process grant agreements and notice of obligations (NOO) to the Local Workforce Development Boards and other grantees utilizing federal and state funds to support apprenticeship efforts. Work includes monitoring grant projects for fiscal and programmatic compliance as well as processing closeouts. Additionally, you will perform and supervise the day-to-day activities of all grants, data, statistical, and compliance staff within the office.
