Job description: Overview:As our Sr. HR Business Partner at CHI St Vincent, you will help apply your broad range of talent and skills providing strategic HR guidance to HR leaders, staff and leaders of the hospital. In this role, you will provide strategic HR guidance responsible for developing and implementing, and enhancing HR initiatives that align with organizational goals to improve the employee work environment.You understand and appreciate that people are our most valuable asset that is the primary driver of our business success. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:Required Education and ExperienceBachelor Degree in HR or related field required. (With relevant experience; equivalent education and/or experience; experience through certifications)Preferred Education and ExperienceMBA, or related Masters DegreePreferred Licensure and CertificationsPHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCPRequired Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and TrainingMinimum of three (5) years of experience in HR or leadership.HR experience should encompass HR Generalist experience or at least 3 years or more areas of speciality, e.g., compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, talent acquisition, etc.
