- Lead Generation: Identify prospective companies using a variety of tools such as ZoomInfo, Social Media, Networking at Professional Events, and your own personal network.
- Lead Qualification: Schedule and conduct business meetings to introduce the services Bridge provides and make the determination if this is a viable business lead.
- Presentations: Prepare and present professional sales proposals and negotiate contracts. Learns client’s business to determine needs, wants, and budget to effectively apply Bridge staffing solutions to create a winning combination
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and negotiate sales terms with buyers to find a mutually beneficial working agreement.
- Closer: Close sales deals to meet Revenue Generation KPIs
- Willing and available to travel as needed for prospecting, prospect meetings, client meetings, as well as business development and industry-related networking events
- Maintain written documentation of sales activity in HubSpot CRM
Who You Are:
- Driven sales professional with the desire to sell and generate business within the Financial Services Industry and Call Centers.
- Accomplished professional with a successful track record in a sales-based role within the Staffing Industry
- Ability to develop your individual sales strategy to meet KPIs and drive business growth
- Consultative and Solutions based seller
- Outstanding negotiator and communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to forge relationships with new and existing clients
- Experienced selling Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Direct Hire Staffing Solutions
- Self-starter, goal-oriented, energetic team player that works independently and as part of a team
- Focused on results with the ability to self-evaluate performance to improve sales results
- Skilled at consultative and solutions-based sales strategies used to acquire new business and retain customers
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers and stakeholders
- Comfortable selling and communicating with all levels of leadership
This is a full-time position consisting of a competitive salary, uncapped and aggressive commission structure, medical/ dental/ disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401K.
