- Coordinate students’ arrival, transportation, hotel reservations.
- Present an orientation brief to all students.
- Present welcome and departure briefings related to travel, logistics, financial, post support and other briefings, as required.
- Provide student head counts, names, flight information, and rosters to Head Quarters.
- Prepare student vouchers by extracting information from each invitational travel order (ITO).
