- Schedule Studio & Field Operations personnel
- Build crewing spreadsheets based on information you will acquire from various schedules
- Coordinate facilities & schedules with staff and freelancer manpower
- Hiring point person for Studio & Field operations freelancers
- Inputting personnel into internal system, SCORE
- Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies
- Work closely with show Directors, Producers and APs to assess production manpower needs
- Works closely with Technical Managers and Production Managers to help solve any crew issues
- Onboarding of new technicians
- Learn and comprehend all below the line positions
- May perform other duties as needed or assigned
QualificationsBasic Requirements
- BS/BA degree required in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two (2+) years’ experience in studio & field broadcast operations or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent computer skills with the demonstrated ability to navigate new systems and software
