- 📏 Create and Review Size Charts: Develop accurate size charts for all types of cups, ensuring optimal fit for our diverse customer base.
- 💃🏻 Collaborate with Design Teams: Work closely with our designer to create initial specifications based on provided designs, ensuring alignment with our brand vision.
- ⦯ Conduct Grading for Sizes: Manage grading for sizes ranging from XS-2X and make necessary adjustments to trims for larger sizes.
- 👙 Lead Fittings: Organize and lead fittings to ensure that all products meet the fitting requirements for our models, guaranteeing style and comfort.
- 📐 Implement Pattern Improvements: Communicate effectively with factories to implement pattern adjustments based on fitting updates, driving continuous improvement in our product offerings.
Requirements
- ✅ Expertise in Technical Design: Proven experience designing bras and bralettes, with a strong background in creating accurate size charts.
- 🤝 Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively within a team and clearly communicate design requirements.
- ✃ Grading Proficiency: Strong skills in conducting grading for various sizes, ensuring consistency and quality across all products.
- 🔍 Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to design with excellent problem-solving skills to identify and rectify issues swiftly.
- 🏭 Factory Experience: Familiarity with working alongside factories to implement pattern improvements based on fitting feedback.
