The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting our services within the healthcare community, building strong relationships, and driving growth for our organization.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to generate referrals and increase admissions for our hospice and palliative care services.
- Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, discharge planners, and other key referral sources.
- Educate healthcare providers and community organizations on our services, benefits, and eligibility criteria to increase awareness and understanding.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and a positive experience for those referred to our programs.
- Monitor and analyze referral trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and community outreach programs to raise awareness and expand networks.
- Achieve sales and admissions goals, including revenue targets and quotas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably with a focus on hospice or palliative care.
- Proven success in sales, business development, or marketing within the healthcare sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with healthcare professionals and community partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
