The individual must possess strong business acumen and thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment.What You’ll Be Doing:Oversee the monthly accounting Close by working closely with General Ledger (G/L) GroupReview financial statements and summarize variances to forecast and planProvide monthly forecast and associated reportingOversee preparation of sales and financial reports for management teamPrepare and present annual plan which includes associated support and metricsPrepare and present quarterly business review (QBR) slidesOversee incentive compensation process and drive improvementsProvide ad hoc strategic analysis to drive profitability and growth in the businessResearch industry trends and provide associated analytics for managementPartner with customers and suppliers on business issues and strategyParticipate in key supplier QBRsAct as strategic partner with internal leadership team of businessManage a team of 15-20 which includes Finance Managers and AnalystsWhat You’ll Need:
The successful candidate has strong accounting/finance knowledge and analytical abilities. The candidate must also have very strong interpersonal/influencing skills as well as management experience. The candidate should be passionate about the use of technology to solve business problems, including a high proficiency with MS Excel.
