You’ll also provide in-house technical consultation, diagnostics, and repair services.Job Role:You will primarily focus on PLC integration, bringing individually monitored and controlled plant equipment into a centralized automated system, using Allen Bradley (Rockwell Automation) 95% of the time. Additionally, you’ll work with systems like Koyo (Automation Direct), CTI (Control Technology Inc.), and Schneider Electric (formerly Modicon).Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and wiring knowledge for control panels used in various systems like clarifiers, blowers, bar screens, aeration systems, and digester systems.
- Pump and Lift Station Panels: Design and integrate starter- and VFD-based manual and automated station panels.
- Remote Telemetry Systems: Collect and transmit data remotely from sensors to a receiving system, commonly used in industries like utilities, aerospace, and healthcare.
- SCADA: Provide system-wide monitoring and control from a single workstation, including data logging, reporting, and alarming capabilities to notify operators via phone, text, or email.
- Programming: PLC and SCADA programming using platforms like Wonderware (now AVEVA System Platform) and Ignition (by Inductive Automation).
In addition, this company has its own panel fabrication shop, where they manufacture a wide range of custom panel designs to meet customer specifications, ensuring high quality and adherence to schedules.Additional Services:
- Commissioning: Testing and startup of systems
- Chemical Feed Equipment: Providing industry-leading chemical feed pumps, from standard systems to fully customized solutions
