- Candidate Outreach: Leverage your communication skills to connect with prospective candidates via phone, text, and social channels, guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their needs and aligning them with suitable job opportunities.
