Job description: Senior Freelance IT Recruiter – 100% remoteWe are looking for a experienced IT recruiters with at least 3 years of experience and with the will to work in a freelance way with commisiones based on performance.Key responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the complete IT profile recruitment process.
- Identify and attract qualified talent through different recruitment channels.
- Conduct telephone and virtual interviews to evaluate technical and cultural competencies of candidates.
- Collaborate with team leaders to understand specific needs and position requirements.
- Manage the candidate database, keeping information updated and organized.
- Provide reports and analysis on the progress of selection processes to talent management teams.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of IT talent attraction and selection strategies.
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, with a specific focus on IT profiles.
- In-depth knowledge of the labor market and trends in the technology sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
- Experience with recruiting and candidate management tools (ATS).
- Ability to work autonomously and in a remote environment.
