RESPONSIBILITIESThe job responsibilities of our Production Artist include, but are not limited to:Production and Quality Control:
- Prepare and manage complex print and digital files for various production projects.
- Ensure all print and digital production processes meet high-quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to production processes.
Project Management:
- Manage time to properly maintain production project plans and schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Adhere to production budgets and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Continuously improve skills related to print production and project management.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with creative, account, and strategy teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
QUALIFICATIONSRequired:
- Proficiency in using print production and project management software.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and client service skills.
- Sharp attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of various printing techniques and processes.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in production.
- Proven experience managing complex files and projects.
WORK ENVIRONMENTThis is a fully remote freelance position. The role demands extended periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and the ability to participate in virtual meetings requiring clear speech and hearing.
