Job description: We are working exclusively with our client to identify an Instructional Designer to create a Proctor learning program. A proctor or proscriptor is an experienced robotic surgeon that provides mentoring, coaching and feedback for new surgeons. The current program is cobbled together and they need to convert it to a structured program that is consistent with specific learning objectives. They need a consultant to use existing content and work with SMEs to create a 2-3 day ILT course and Train-the-Trainer program. The Consultant will also design an eLearning course which will then be developed by our clients digital team.Start Date: ASAP
Duration: TBD based upon estimate from Consultant
Hours: flexible
Location: 100% VirtualExperience requirements:
- Expert Instructional Design experience in both ILT and eLearning
- Proven experience providing recommendations and best practices for training
- Experience developing highly technical training is helpful
- Consultant will use their own laptop and licenses
The pay range for this project is $60.00 to $80.00 per hour.
