To find out more about our commitment to sustainability and about Amcor, visit .Job DescriptionThe Learning & Development Business Partner – Manufacturing, reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, will be required to support our manufacturing facilities across AFNA by building training capability and helping to improve our training processes by providing best practices around effective training methodology. This role will require a person to review pivotal in developing and implementing tailored training programs within our manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will partner with colleagues in a single location to create the content in one manufacturing process area, then work with the rest of the network to deploy the content and training structure across all manufacturing locations.WHAT YOU GET TO DO
