- Web & Mobile Design: Design clean, intuitive layouts and graphics for containerstore.com and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience that drives conversions and engages customers.
- E-Commerce Support: Design product detail pages, landing pages, and promotional banners that are visually compelling and optimized for performance.
- Social Media Content: Create visually engaging, on-brand graphics, animations, and visuals tailored to the requirements and audience of each social platform (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Email Marketing: Develop dynamic and responsive email designs that drive engagement, sales, and brand loyalty.
- UX Collaboration: Partner with UX designers to ensure that design supports an intuitive user journey while maintaining brand consistency across platforms.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital assets align with The Container Store’s visual identity, enhancing brand recognition and coherence across platforms.
- Performance-Driven Design: Incorporate feedback from data analytics and user research to iterate and improve designs, optimizing performance and user engagement.
- Multi-Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, from quick-turnaround social graphics to in-depth site updates, maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
- Agility & Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on design trends, digital experiences, and emerging technology to ensure The Container Store remains at the forefront of digital creativity.

- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital design, including web design, mobile UI/UX, and social media content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across digital platforms.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD), Figma, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. Familiarity with video and motion design is a plus.
- Responsive Design: Experience creating designs for various screen sizes, ensuring that web and mobile layouts are user-friendly, responsive, and visually engaging.
- Creative Vision: Ability to bring digital concepts to life through innovative design and a strong understanding of user behavior and visual storytelling.
- Agility & Flexibility: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, pivot when needed, and quickly create on-brand content that taps into cultural moments and trends.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with experience working closely with cross-functional teams, such as digital marketing, UX, and e-commerce, to meet shared goals.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Located in The Dallas/Fort Worth area on a hybrid schedule
