Job description: An award winning Orlando, Florida area design / build landscaping company, focused on high-end residential designs and installations, is looking for a senior level Landscape Designer or Architect. This is a great opportunity if you’re looking for a long-term career and substantial growth over time. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and preparing high-end residential landscape construction drawings.Responsibilities
- Design high-end residential landscapes
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Must have sufficient knowledge and experience in landscape drafting standards, practices and procedures, and the ability to complete accurate drawings on schedule
- Must have knowledge of Florida plant species and hardscape elements
- Must be able to develop and complete drawings with minimal supervision
- Must be able to learn company design standards
- Must be able to prepare construction documents
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Lumion, and Sketchup – or similar programs
- Landscape Architecture Degree or equivalent experience required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary to commensurate with experience and knowledge ($110,000 – $135,000+)
