Job Summary
- The Talent Development Consultant will plan, design, facilitate, coordinate and deliver education/development throughout the Avera system.
- This role is responsible for collaborating with human resources business services, clinical and non-clinical employees and leaders to standardize content and delivery of educational/developmental opportunities based on identified needs.
- This position performs duties that support the goals and objectives of Avera.
Education and/or Experience
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- License as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure is required.
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks
PayThe hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $30.25 – $45.75 per hour
