Job description: Job Title: Interior DesignerJob DescriptionLead production of deliverable documents through the Schematic Design, Development Design, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration phases for Senior Living and other Institutional Projects. Responsibilities include FF&E selection, daily Client Management, and Project Management. Review documents for quality control evaluations and ensure ongoing compliance. Focus primarily on Senior Living projects, while also supporting Multi-family/mixed-use, and large-scale commercial design and construction documentation. Provide project leadership and documentation coordination by leading a team to develop design drawings, technical documentation, and construction administration phase documents. Open to production level candidates (3+ years) to assist with design and creating drawing sets.Hard Skills

Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Baltimore, Maryland and some days remote.Work EnvironmentThe company has 5 studios with 75 employees based in Baltimore. The Interiors team consists of 7 people. Projects span from Chicago to Connecticut and the DMV area, covering commercial, retail, shell, interiors, and restaurants. The work hours are 9-6 or 8-5 with a preference for an 8 or 8:30 start time.
