About the RoleAs an Electrical Field Supervisor, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to maximize capacity, efficiency, and profitability. You will supervise and train Electrical Technicians to exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality service calls, every time. By working closely with your manager, you will match the right technician to every job, helping achieve the company’s financial goals.What You’ll Do
- Supervise all field personnel with the goal of providing high-quality customer service and generating sales for the company.
- Coordinate the communication of sold Install jobs.
- Visit Electrical and HVAC job sites to make sure work is up to code.
- Assist Electrical Service Technicians on the job site.
- Develop and implement training/classes for technicians.
- Stress the importance of home care and how we handle situations if we fail in this process.
- Conduct field evaluations and one-on-ones with Electrical Service Technicians to help them achieve success, develop, and grow.
- Serve as a backup for Electrical Technicians when necessary.
- Consistently keep schedule of 90% field and 10% office work.
- Quickly resolve all customer-related issues with technicians.
- Help with the onboarding of new team members.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years Residential Electrical Experience (preferred)
- Electrical License or Ability to Obtain License.
- 1+ year Leadership Experience
- A Clean, Safe Driving Record, Background Check, and Drug Screen
- IT competent (Microsoft Office Suite, Sales Platforms, etc.)
- Be Available After-Hours and on Weekends (As Needed)
- High School Diploma or GED
