Job description: Hours not to exceed 40 hours per week. Exact work schedule is Monday – Thursday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and Friday 7:30 am to 11:30 am. Schedule may be subject to change by supervisor based on department needs and college hours of operation.DESCRIPTIONUnder the direction of an Assistant Superintendent/Vice President, provides complex secretarial and administrative support to the head of a major functional District-wide activity; manages the daily operations of the assigned office; plans, organizes, coordinates, and participates in activities specific to the administrator’s assigned areas of responsibility; gathers, researches, provides or handles documents, data or information related to employee grievances, employer’s bargaining positions and negotiations proposals. Performs other related responsibilities as may be assigned.REPRESENTATIVE DUTIESE = indicates essential duties of the position

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by college-level course work in business, secretarial science or related field and four years increasingly responsible secretarial and clerical experience involving frequent public contact.OTHER INFORMATIONKNOWLEDGE OF:
