We’re looking for motivated, sales driven & career-minded people to join our field team! Energetic, outgoing, tenacious people who enjoy working with the public and have a little competitive spirit tend to be very successful in this position!What We Offer:
- Base hourly rate $17/hour+ PLUS uncapped commission ~ earn on average $20-30/hour

- Autonomous work in the field at one of our partner retail locations (Ability to work independently required)
- Greet customers in the store, encouraging them to stop and learn about the company’s products and services
- Engage customers in conversation and connect them with our in-house call center to schedule an appointment
- Build relationships with customers who may be interested in reaching back out at a later date for themselves, friends, or family members
- Attend weekly or monthly meetings and trainings
- Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
Qualifications:Do I Have What it Takes?
- Reliable transportation and a smart phone (Bring your own device stipend offered)
- Weekend availability required
- Strong work ethic to perform independently with minimal supervision
- At least 18 years of age
- Bilingual speaking is a plus (but not required)

- Standing/walking for sustained periods of time (in an air-conditioned building)
