Attention and appreciation to detail in crafting presentation materials and building systems. QUALIFICATIONS
- Three years of relevant work experience
- Professional Degree in Architecture
- Possess exceptional organizational skills and capable of simultaneously supporting multiple projects and priorities
- Advanced computer modeling, graphic and rendering skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, ArcGIS, Rendering software, and Microsoft Office
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Research the history of project sites and their surrounding context along with appropriate project precedents.
- Work directly with design principal and other design staff to interpret and develop conceptual ideas and sketches into schematic design presentations for a wide variety of project types.
- Produce architectural renderings and illustrative building and site plans.
- Collaborate with other design professionals to interpret schematic designs in the construction.
