Job description: Your JobFlint Hills Resources is looking for you to join our team as a Field Services Systems Administrator in Rosemount, MN!The Field Systems Coordinator is responsible for activities related to work orders, work lists, change requests for Turnaround and Maintenance Events; network account and hardware for contractor onboarding; contractor labor and ensuring accurate billing in the access management/time management system (TRACK). Additional responsibilities including SharePoint administration and other miscellaneous administrative tasks.Our TeamField Services provides constructability, planning, execution, and commissioning for a wide range of projects and turnarounds within the refinery.What You Will Do
- Manage the creation and close-out of work orders and work lists in support of maintenance events
- Compile, audit and process work scope updates and change requests
- Handle logistics of workspace and meeting area set-up for Field Services team and contractors
- Arrange group meals and submit expense reports
- Coordinate recognition activities related to maintenance event and safety
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience as an administrative professional in a fast-paced or technical environment
- Ability to work extended or alternate schedules and weekends to support maintenance events
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience creating SharePoint pages and Power BI pages
- Experience working with contractor workforce
- Experience in a refinery, industrial or construction environment
