Job description: Field Service TechnicianLocation: Itasca,ILMissionEnclosure Field Service Technician will be under the management of the Director of Service. He/she will be responsible for providing in-house and field service support of installations, start-up, troubleshooting, and testing Enclosures & Systems. Also, he/she will be responsible for following all manufacturing and safety procedures while building and installing equipment.Outcomes:
- Organized installation and commissioning of equipment.
- Building good customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- On-time and on budget installation.
Critical Competencies:
- Travel required
- Competent in reading and utilizing mechanical and construction drawings/models to build equipment and install correctly in the field.
- Experience in construction trades, working with sub-contractors and end customers.
- Maintain project schedule as working foreman onsite.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to provide daily schedule updates to management and customer.
- Strong people skills ability to work thru on-site situations and provide required solutions.
- Forklift, scissor lift and crane knowledge. Ability and understanding of proper rigging of equipment.
- The ability to work closely with internal departments and operations personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution

Expected salary: $35 – 45 per hour
