Job description: Are you a talented and dedicated account manager with a background in Home Health sales? PCS-HC is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and experience in both Skilled and Non-Skilled Home Health Care sales.Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the face of PCS-HC, cultivating relationships with physicians, hospitals, public health agencies, and other medical organizations.
- Build and expand our network by engaging with case managers and discharge planners to promote PCS-HC’s services, emphasizing our clinical quality and patient care.
- Drive revenue by establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources through presentations, meetings, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions.
- Track and report leads weekly, documenting key information and contact details to ensure proper follow-up.
- Communicate with patients to confirm demographic details, clarify financial responsibilities, and manage the order process.
- Ensure accuracy in patient documentation, including demographic data, prescriptions, physician information, and insurance eligibility.
- Regularly interact with clients, contributing to PCS-HC’s Quality of Care initiatives.
- Implement targeted marketing and promotional strategies to grow business development efforts.
- Maintain strong relationships with referral and payer sources to facilitate service continuity.
- Continuously monitor community and patient perceptions of PCS-HC’s services, and identify opportunities for enhanced offerings.
- Lead strategic planning efforts to identify new service opportunities and improve market positioning.
- Stay informed of competitors’ activities to adjust strategies and ensure PCS-HC’s leadership in the market.
- Conduct at least 35 visits weekly, including medical and non-medical calls, both new and follow-up.
- Secure at least 3 new clients per week, or 36 clients per quarter.
- Represent PCS-HC at trade shows, conferences, and other events as assigned.
- Develop and execute targeted sales and market development plans aligned with company goals.
- Provide ongoing feedback to management on sales activities and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, medical office, or customer service roles, with a preference for home health experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
