Job description: Overview:As the Administrative Assistant, New York Operations, you are responsible for administrative tasks including initiating correspondence to clients, ordering supplies, acting as a liasion with clients, vendors, and internal management and assisting with travel arrangements. Additionally, you will file and answer inbound and outbound (email and fax) communication for assigned department/executives.Responsibilities
