Job description: SERVPRO is hiring cleaning technicians for various types of services. Valid Driver’s license a plus! One week vacation after 6 months, 3 sick days after 90 days. Eligible for benefits after 90 days, health, vision and dental. Company pays 100% of employee Vison and Dental.At SERVPRO of Anson, Stanly and Richmond Counties we assist our customers with various types of cleaning services. We need dedicated individuals that want to help people in their time of need to get their house cleaned after a loss. The types of losses include but not limited to: water, fire, sewage, mold, bio-hazard and animal feces.Duties include but not limited to:
- Cleaning floors, walls, counter tops and belongings
- Fire Soot cleaning- cleaning walls, floors, doors, windows, countertops and personal items
- Bio-hazard cleaning-cleaning up crime scenes, death in home situations, animal urine and feces
- Water cleaning-mold cleaning, water damage repair cleanup (after repairs are completed)
- Washing, folding, ironing, sorting, packaging of personal household items due to the above losses
Bonuses are possible depending on type of job. Advancement and interoffice promotions are common.Competitive pay based on experience. Immediate hire.
Expected salary: $15 – 20 per hour
