As a Strategic Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers informing them about SHRM’s Enterprise offerings along with working closely with the Enterprise Executives to pursue opportunities, recommend appropriate follow-up and schedule qualified meetings. This highly motivated individual will generate new business opportunities through multi-channel prospecting strategies, efficiently respond and qualify inbound leads, work full cycle deals, and qualify strategic sales opportunities for Directors of Corporate Partnerships.Successful candidates will be passionate, entrepreneurial sales professionals who are highly motivated, work well in fast paced, startup environments, who demonstrate great critical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have an accomplished background in prospecting into C-level positions across the Mid-Market to Enterprise space and be interested in working for mission-driven organization that creates better workplaces where employers and employees thrive together.Responsibilities: (Use bullets to list the top 10 major responsibilities, each comprising a minimum of 10% of the overall responsibilities.)

#LI-RemoteThe hiring range for this position is $64,000 to $75,000 per year. This range is an estimate and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.
