Job description: Our client, a full-service branding and marketing agency, is seeking a creative Senior Designer with expertise in visual and conceptual brand development.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the hands-on creation and refinement of brand identity elements, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all platforms while collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to align branding with business objectives.Responsibilities:
- Design and develop brand identity elements, including logos, typography, color schemes, and overall visual style.
- Create branding materials such as packaging, marketing collateral, and digital assets to support brand communication.
- Develop and implement guidelines to maintain brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align branding efforts with business goals and strategies.
- Oversee the execution of design work, ensuring high-quality output that reflects the brand’s vision and values.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform branding strategies and visual decisions.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas that enhance the brand’s visual identity.
- Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the brand’s visual presence.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in brand development and design, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity projects.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, with expert knowledge in creating visual assets for branding.
- Strong understanding of branding strategies and their application in visual design across multiple platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all design work is precise and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.
- Passion for design and creativity, with the ability to translate abstract concepts into visually compelling designs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.
