You will work closely with our senior management team to develop leadership skills and advance your career within our company.Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in training sessions covering all aspects of our business, including marketing, advertising, and event promotions.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and staffing.
- Provide leadership and guidance to promotional staff during events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and effective marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
