Primary Responsibilities:
- Restoration of clients belongings and structures damaged by fire, water, smoke, and mold.
- Provide exceptional customer service, content cleaning labor, packing of customer contents, site cleanup and completion of detailed job records.
- May assist the restoration team during pack outs to properly inventory contents.
- Thorough understanding of water, smoke, and mold removal procedures, training will be provided.
- Develop knowledge on equipment and procedures of content cleaning.
- Light Office cleaning as needed
Necessary Experience and Skill Set:
- Strong work ethic.
- Honest and accountable
- Detailed oriented is a must
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Experience in cleaning is always a plus.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:Occasionally lifting objects. You will be consistently walking and standing.Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:This is a part-time to full-time position with flexible hours in house.
