evaluating product licenses and ensuring that they comply with industry regulations.
reporting to senior management and seeking approval for software development projects
designing and maintaining customer portal support and feedback channels
liaising with internal departments and end-users to determine system efficiency.
gathering requirements and acceptance criteria from management and end-users
ensuring products have good end-user proficiency with other systems, programs, and applications across all departments.
standardizing the software development process
