To learn more about FLHSMV and why it’s a great place to work, visit our website at: .Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis position reports directly to the Chief of Motorist Compliance, providing assistance and support to the Chief and program areas in the bureau. This position is responsible for assisting bureau management with developing solutions to administrative issues and escalating relevant matters to management; responsible for assisting bureau management with evaluating personnel documents, managing the personnel activity, and serving as the bureau’s personnel liaison; assisting in the development and maintenance of the bureau’s SharePoint site; and evaluating and coordinating internal and external information and projects for the bureau. This position is responsible for drafting, editing, proofreading, and preparing all types of written communications, including emails, publications, memorandums, reports, and spreadsheets.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
