Beyond Bobcat, DDIA provides IT services to a wide variety of Doosan affiliates all over the world.Location : [[Bismarck]]Job InformationProvide internal PC support and management in the form of installing software and updates, diagnosing hardware and software problems; and repairing PCs as well as peripheral equipment.Role & Responsibility
- High level of motivation and independence
- Strong background with Windows based software troubleshooting
- Windows 10 + and the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Work under pressure and prioritize and manage workload
- Ability to complete assigned activities as well as meet milestones
- Ability to multi-task technical fast
Job RequirementFORMAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in MIS or Computer Science.EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- A working knowledge and understanding of client computing technologies and their inter-workings.
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Must be knowledgeable in PC hardware and software
