We are seeking a highly motivated Pharmacy Technician Administrative Assistant professional to become part of our team! The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with phone personality and customer service skills. Under general supervision of the Pharmacist In Charge, and in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws and regulations provide a variety of Human Resources, administrative, office and clerical functions. Responsibilities Provide clerical and administrative support to all departmentsAnswer central telephone system and direct calls accordinglyGreets and interacts professionally with all internal and external guest/personnel using strong interpersonal skills providing direction and resources to address needsMaintain office supply inventoryAssist with various projectsMaintains the department emails and phone lines, answering questions and providing requested information, or referring questions to subject matter expertsClean and help maintain equipment and work areas according to prescribed methodsAssist with onboarding tasks (issuing badge IDs)Process returned script credits from facilitiesAssist with Client Services giveaways, i.e., baked good, etc.Assist with all other pharmacy technician duties as assigned by Pharmacist In ChargePerform other administrative, pharmacy technician, and special projects as required and/or as assigned Qualifications Licensed FL Pharmacy Technician preferredPrevious pharmacy experience preferredDriven and motivated problem-solverStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time-management and organizational skillsProficient Microsoft OfficeAbility to multitask effectively and adapt to competing demandsAbility to maintain professional and cordial demeanor, team playerAbility to exercise discretion and confidentialityMust be detail oriented Hours: 8:00am 5:00pm EEO Statement, SpecialtyRx, Inc. is fully committed to employing a diverse workforce.
