Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of technicians in carpet cleaning operations.
- Assessing carpet conditions and selecting appropriate cleaning methods.
- Managing the execution of cleaning tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
- Providing quality carpet, air duct, and other related cleaning services
- Handling restoration work on water damage, smoke, fire, and other miscellaneous damage
- Inspecting trucks, checking inventory, and ensuring equipment is ready for each job
- Training and supervising emergency services technicians and assistant technicians
- Coordinating and supervising work in the preparation and cleaning of carpets
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high service quality
Requirements:
- Experience in carpet cleaning and restoration services
- Ability to lead and be responsible for the performance of team members
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Certification in cleaning and restoration is preferred
- High levels of integrity and intellectually honest
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Expected salary: $20 – 25 per hour
