Job description: Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are currently looking for English Language Teachers to provide face-to-face customized lessons to our clients in Katy, Texas.Job Information:
- Class Number: 177189
- Student: 1 child (7-years-old)
- Lesson frequency: 2-3 times to start with
- Availability: Monday to Thursday after 5pm
- Lesson Duration: 1 hour each
- Preferred start date: As soon as possible
- Location: at the client’s place in Katy, TX 77494 (near Katy Soccer- N Warmstone Way)
- Current target language level: Novice
- Native and other spoken languages: Portuguese
- Student’s language needs and goals: Getting fluent in English. Survival English. Making friends at school.
- Additional Information: He studies English at school but is not fluent. He knows some vocabulary. He doesn’t like to do homework. He loves talking and participating at school activities. He likes soccer, superhero, science, cars, lego.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
- Developing curricula based on learner’s proficiency level and desired outcomes
- Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners towards learning goals
- Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
- University degree and language teaching experience
- Minimum of two years of experience
