Job description: Position SummaryThe Administrative Technologist will be responsible for reviewing, testing, and implementing e-learning modules within the Workday Learning Management System (LMS). This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong written communication skills and experience in managing and deploying e-learning content. The ideal candidate will have a background in educational technology or a related field, and will be adept at ensuring that all e-learning modules are fully functional, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Review and test e-learning modules to ensure functionality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Implement and integrate e-learning modules into the Workday Learning Management System (LMS).
- Collaborate with content developers and subject matter experts to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with e-learning content.
- Maintain and update the LMS with new or revised e-learning modules, ensuring seamless access for all users.
- Monitor user feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve e-learning experiences.
- Ensure e-learning modules meet accessibility standards and are optimized for a diverse workforce.
- Provide training and support to end-users on navigating and utilizing the LMS effectively.
- Document and report on the testing process, including any identified issues and their resolutions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in e-learning and LMS technologies.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Workday.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly document processes and instructions.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- testing e-learning content for usability, functionality, and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) is a plus.
