Relocation to Washington, D.C., may be required.Duties & Responsibilities
- Develops training and exercise programs for virtual, hybrid, or in-person delivery.
- Designs and implements evaluation methods.
- Design instructional materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, and interactive activities.
- Establish clear learning objectives and outcomes for each training program.
- Oversee and occasionally facilitate training sessions, ensuring effective delivery across different formats.
- Develop and implement robust methods for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- Analyze evaluation data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes and effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize the use of e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Master’s Degree.
- 5+ years’ experience.
- Planning, training, and exercise program management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with Chambers of Commerce financial institutions, lending agencies, non-profit groups, and government agencies.

- Advisory Role: Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert recommendations and insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering value.
- Complete project work gets efficiently and satisfactory as directed by the team, the “SPIN Global Way”.
- Ensure excellence on deliverables and maintain client satisfaction, spotting and correcting issues before they impact project timelines.
