Job description: Responsibilities- Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed Adhere to detailed Site specific cleaning task listEnsure exam rooms/suites are maintained and fully equipped Manage upkeep of exterior areas, sidewalks, and garbage cans Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests Troubleshoot and replace defective supply dispensers Troubleshoot issues with cleaning equipment as necessary Handle weekly supply inventory and ordering Skill Requirements- 2+ years janitorial experience preferred High school diploma/GED highly desired Ability to successfully complete industry technical and safety training courses Willingness to work early morning or late night shifts Ability to work well under minimal supervision Capacity to take direction Strong attention to detail Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary Physical Requirements Standing ( over 3/4), walking (over 3/4), using hands to finger, handle or feel (over 3/4), reach with hands and arms (over 3/4), climb and balance (over 2/3), stoop, kneel (over 2/3), talk or hear (under 3/4), taste or smell (under 1/3), Lift up to 10 pounds (3/4), Up to 25 pounds (under 1/2), Up to 50 pounds (under 1/4)
