Job SummaryWe’re looking to hire a hard-working individual who can maintain the cleanliness of a dental office two days a week (Tuesday & Thursday) The cleaning takes approximately 2 hours to complete. The ideal candidate has to have a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done. We have other office buildings within the 10-mile radius for additional hours on the same days Tuesday & Thursday. (Superior, Lafayette, & Boulder)Experience is preferred but not necessary as long as you are professional, a fast learner, can follow direction easily, and independently without supervision, as well as be accountable for your responsibilities.1 week of training is provided. Under the direction of the Area Supervisor.Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building.
- Complete daily task-schedule.
- Secure the building by locking doors once cleaning is complete
- Notify the manager of major repairs
Qualifications
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in janitorial services
- Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
- Excellent stamina and physical health
- Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
Expected salary: $19 – 21 per hour
