Seize this thrilling chance to thrive in a vibrant and fast-moving setting where your contributions can greatly influence our organization’s mission.DESCRIPTION OF WORKIn this position, you will be responsible for formulating policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with federal and state laws and regulations for the management of hazardous materials emergency preparedness (HMEP), hazardous materials response fund (HMRF), radiological emergency response fund (RERF), and other state grants related to emergency preparedness and disaster relief under the agency’s jurisdiction. Your duties will include overseeing subrecipient grant award balances, advising on appropriate actions, and preparing regular status and financial reports associated with the grant programs. It is crucial to fulfill all reporting obligations for the designated grant programs, and you will also ensure proper oversight of county plans and budget audits related to these programs.Interested in learning more?
