The Division of Academic and Student Affairs is the place to work for values-driven faculty and staff who are passionate about promoting the success of the whole student.Primary Purpose of Position:The graphic designer will help maintain and reinforce NC State’s brand through the creation of high-quality, visually engaging communication materials that communicate the university’s brand, mission and values to various audiences. The graphic designer will create custom internal and external marketing communications, design digital and print campaigns that bring the brand to life.The graphic designer should have a strong background in a wide variety of design mediums, including illustration, layout and motion graphics using the Adobe Creative Suite. This range of work should be displayed in a strong portfolio. This candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, which is required to provide exceptional service within the Division of Academic and Student Affairs and beyond.This designer will work in a team environment and report to the Creative Director. The designer should be able to collaborate and ideate with others and also independently. The designer will execute projects, manage them through the team’s project management system and deliver final products to campus partners.This designer will be expected to understand brand guidelines and be able to work creatively within the structure provided by NC State’s visual brand.Is Time Limited Yes
