Pay Range:$73 – $75 per hour on W2JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for our Operational Non-Financial Risk (ONFR) team, based in Chicago with a hybrid working model. The role involves defining and documenting requirements for ONFR solutions like business intelligence visualizations, reports, and controlling changes.
- Facilitate discussions with ONFR stakeholders to document business requirements.
- Assist in acceptance test planning and manage the team’s solution backlog.
- Ensure solution delivery aligns with business requirements by collaborating with ONFR teams.
- Develop project artifacts covering both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Manages changes and controls related to team solutions effectively.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong proficiency in business requirements definition and analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder analysis and management abilities.
- Advanced facilitation and collaborative team skills.
