In this role, you will focus on prospecting into small businesses to secure new platform contracts that lower their fixed cost expenses. You will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and setting up meetings for our sales team.Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with current and potential BusinessLoans.com clients who stand to benefit from our fixed cost reduction platform.
- Work with small businesses to understand their pain points, challenges, and financial obligations to help offset ongoing business expenses used to operate.
- Conduct initial needs assessments to understand prospects’ current expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Candidates must make a minimum of 60 calls per day to meet the performance standards for this position.
This position is on-site in Charleston, SC.Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of small business operations and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly motivated, with a results-driven approach and a strong desire to succeed.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment.
